Travis is great! Just don’t feed him after midnight or let him get wet. If he’s not his meds or if he’s had sugar he may be a little rambunctious, but harmless. Make sure you ask him for the complimentary hug and prayer. The man loves him some Jesus. The ambience of the lobby is subtle and refined and the appetizers consist of the coldest bottled water and cheese crackers in CenLa.

I lost faith in my local CDJR when they failed to fix my vehicle and returned my 2025 vehicle with the CEL on. My boss referred me to Walker so I brought my vehicle here for service. Jeff L. gave me rundown, didn’t sugarcoat anything about my vehicle. Took a while for the correct part to come in for repairs but I have my vehicle back. No issues. Needed a tailgate harness for my dodge ram dually. Unable to find proper piece on the internet. Did not have it in stock. A 2 1/2 ft group of wires $264 with tax. Beyond outrageous. Manufacturing cost maybe !$25. Service distant and cool at first. Gradually warmed up to me. Ordered part will have to drive 18 miles one way. Would not ship it to me. Will be good to have my backup camera working.

Walker Jeep did a great job fixing my Grand Cherokee! They fixed everything that was broken efficiently and effectively while communicating throughly throughout every stage.

The only reason I’m giving this dealership a 5 stars is because of the people the you don’t directly come into contact with Dealership manager, service manager and {Mrs. Evonne} accounting. Made appt to have left motor mount replaced. Told them we would have to wait because we just moved to the area and had no way to get home and back to pick up Jeep. After waiting 8 hours, the Jeep was ready. Tried to charge us $250 over our extended warranty deductible. Finally, we got them to reduce to $150 over the deductible. Next, we find they lost the key. We told them all we were given was the bill to pay. They proceeded to repeatedly ask if the key was in my husband's pocket or laptop case. They even had him go out and touch the car handle to verify the key fob was not on his person. Then they found they keys right on the desk of the service guy's desk. One of the people who insisted my husband had to have it! Also about 6 hours into our wait a worker who had seen us sitting for hours ask if we wanted to go get something to eat. Come to find out he was the shuttle driver! He told he was sorry he did not know because he could have taken is home. Both the person we made the appt with and the intake service person were told we had to wait because we only have one car and no way to leave and return for it! Not once was it mentioned about a shuttle being available. Very poor customer service! Will never go back to Walker Jeep.

I had a recall on my RAM Promaster. I mentioned a few concerns and they repaired the recall. They also ran a diagnostic. They found nothing but I haven't had any of the problems that I had before taking it there. I believe that the diagnosis updated the computer. Anyways they did the work and I am very satisfied.
